本当の理由が本当の理由になる理由

財政赤字の原因が、富裕層と法人への減税であるとしたら、それをもともに戻すことが、その解決なのです。そのときに常に言われるのが、そうしたら、富裕層や法人が外国に逃げ出すということです。あるいは企業の国際競争力が落ちると言うことです。
じつは、税率を下げるときにも同じことが言われてきました。しかも、先進国はまったく同じ理由によって、まったく同じようにこれらの税率を下げてきました。

最近は、財政赤字に取り組まないことが将来世代への負担の押し付けになる、という世代間不公平が喧伝されています。将来世代の負担といっても、高い消費税率や年金カットで苦しむのは、将来の中流、下流の人々です。世代間不公平より重大なのは、階層間不公平です。今すでに、我々は階層間不公平の付けを支払わされています。

財政破綻しても富裕層や大企業が損をしないことが、財政赤字が増大し続ける本当の理由だと書きました。
しかし、なぜこれが理由になるのでしょうか。
国家の政策は、国民の世論や国民代表者によって決定されいているのではないでしょうか。それならば、国民の大多数である労働者の意見が反映されないのは、どういうことでしょうか。
それは、国民の世論がマスコミによってコントロールされているからではないでしょうか。
そして、マスコミは、スポンサーである大企業によってコントロールされているのではないでしょうか。

企業の政治献金も問題ですが、企業のマスコミ献金（広告スポンサーになること）が問題なのではないでしょうか。

などと偉そうなことを言っても、今のところ、代案はありません。

    富裕層や大企業が悪いと言うだけでは問題がかいけつしないということでしょうか。それならば、私も賛成します。富裕層や大企業の経営者にあるのではなくて、システムにあるのでしょう。問題は、それをどのように、どうやって変えるかだと思います。
