就職の国際化

 
 
最近の大企業は、日本人の大卒の採用を控えて、外国人の大卒の採用を増やしているようです。
それは企業として、当然の選択だろうとおもいます。
 
では、日本の学生はどうすればよいでしょうか。日本の学生もまた、日本企業だけでなく外国の企業への就職を考えたらよいのではないでしょうか。海外の企業のほうが、日本企業よりも高く評価してくれるかもしれません。これが進めば、おのずと4月一斉の新卒採用という制度もなくなるでしょう。
 
今流行の「龍馬」なら、絶対に外国で働く道を選ぶでしょう。
 
そのために、何よりも必要なのは、語学力ですね。

  22. My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net
    from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on a number of websites for about a year
    and am concerned about switching to another platform.
    I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net.
    Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
    I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
    I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10
    to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how

  27. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a
    sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
    said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
    She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and
    it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
    LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
